How can I place an order?

We only accept orders placed through our easy and secure online process. Orders may not be placed by phone, fax or email. You can also find our products (Sweet Berry Lane exclusives only) are various retail stores across the country. Here is a list of retailers that sell our products. (May not sell entire line). If your favorite local stationer does not currently sell Sweet Berry Lane products, please tell them about us. They can visit 'Can I buy your products wholesale' section for additional information.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Sorry, but we can only accept orders placed through our website. Submitting orders through the website eliminates errors and speeds up processing time as the information is in your "typing." Plus, if you can't enter your order through our website, you will also not have access to view your on-line proof or your order status and history.

Our website is secure and you will see the "secure lock" appear on the customer information page where you enter your credit card information. Information entered on this page is secure and encrypted.

Can I order a sample?
How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders of blank stationery and pre-printed Holiday Boxed Sets: Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email the day your order is shipped.

For orders of customized printed invitations: We send out proofs for every order to ensure the accuracy of your order. You will receive your proof within 3 business days of your order. Once we have received your written approval, the printing process will begin for all in-stock orders. The entire process will take between 3-5 business days for your order to ship. This does not include shipping times.

Our busy season is from (November 1st-December 31st and from May 1st-June 30th). If you are placing your order during this time, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

What if I need my order sooner?

We offer a rush service for an additional $25 fee. You will receive your online proof within 2 business days. Once we receive your written approval, you items will ship the next business day. This does not include shipping times. We do offer 2-day and next-day shipping for rush orders.

Can I do the printing myself?

You may purchase blank card stock for all stationery with the exception of our formal wedding invitations. You will see an option to choose blank stationery on all items that this feature is available.

What if I need to cancel my order?

For Invitation orders: An order may be cancelled from the time it is placed up until we receive your written approval for your proof. Once we have received your written approval for your proof, you may not cancel your order. For Gift orders: You may cancel an order from the time your order is placed up until your order has shipped. There is a $25 fee on all cancelled ordered. No exceptions

To cancel an order, you must call us at (919) 336-2875 to receive a cancellation number. We do not accept cancellations through email or fax.

What if I need to return my order?

Sorry, Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow returns. If you are unsure about an item, you may order a sample for a fee of $2.50 each. Please see 'Can I order a sample?' for further details.

What is included in the price?

The price for stationery items includes printing services and envelopes. White unlined envelopes are included with your order unless otherwise noted. If you wish to order blank stationery products, a 25% discount will be given.

Can I customize the wording on any invitation?

You may choose your own wording for any customizable invitation (not including Fill-In or Holiday Boxed sets). We have a few invitations that have a line already pre-printed at the top, such as "It's a Baby Shower". The item description will state that this line is already included.

You can use the wording in our sample, or get creative and choose your own wording. If you need help with suggestions, please view 'I need help with my invitation wording'

You can pick ANY DESIGN on our website and use it for ANY OCCASION--a birth announcement as first birthday party, a birthday party invitation as a dance recital invitation, a wedding invitation as a sweet 16 invitation--the choice is yours--just change the wording!

Can I buy your products wholesale?

Only retailers that possess a valid reseller's id can purchase our invitations wholesale. If you are interested in selling our products, please send an email to wholesale@sweetberrylane.com or visit our wholesale page for additional information.
